Creative Changes

The past few years have been full of change and creation. We have expanded our family, relocated, and taken some new paths as we prepare for our next adventure. Often our creativity is channeled into sidewalk chalk, cardboard, crayons, and paper as we share our love of art with our children. However, Sara still finds a little time for Art-o-Mat series and her own personal work. What's next?

My new show is the culmination of the past year and a half’s research in the reuse of book covers as both a veneer and as a building material. As this investigation continues, I would call bookwork the first of a series as I continue to develop more designs using these and other materials.  

bookwork is on display at Butler University's Irwin Library July 2-31. Hours are Mondays through Thursdays, 8am-8pm ; Fridays 8am-5pm.; and Saturdays 10am-5pm.
